Use alternate SDN-C rest interface when accessing root object

    Description

      Approach:

      1. attempt to read path from SDN_C using standard interface
      2. if that fails AND the request resource is 'root' (blank, not specified) retry using alternate interfaces (which doesn't support field and/or depth)

      This approach allows for DMI_plugin using the normal interface as soon as the related bug gets fixed in SDN-C (see https://jira.opendaylight.org/browse/NETCONF-828)
