      SDN-C should now have a version we can use to access root elements

      1. Determine which SDN-C version to use
      2. Update/verify CSIT setup (if needed)
        1. Add CSIT test for accessing root data
      3. Update/verify setup Wiki instructions if needed (might pull latest SDN-C)
