basically an issue with cert installation prevents us from using \rests\ requests (using TLS) through SDNC.

The cert installation worked fined with SDNC 1.8.1 but since moving to SDN-2.2.3 we get a permission issue if we use our (predefined certs): 18:23:42 2022-02-07 18:09:57,310 - root - INFO - Error details : [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/opt/opendaylight/current/certs/keys0'
