Currently we are forcing to use Log4J 2.17.1 or higher trough our dependency management configuration.

It is prefer to upgrade SpringBoot dependencies once they have the required versions lof log4J

This task is to check SpringBoot vversion available and apply newer version when available and then removing the log4j from dependency mgmt

If not available, this task can be put back on the backlog and tried again later

      This applies to:

      • CPS-NCMP
      • DMI-Plugin

      Out of scope

      • CPS-temporal will do in a separate task because of encoding issue
