Per discussion on the integration call - CL event output topic name was suggested to be "unauthenticated.TCA_EVENT_OUTPUT" ; this topic name is specific to TCA.

As Holmes (under DCAE umbrella) will also be generating CL event, can the topic name be changed to something more generic for R1 (unauthenticated.DCAE_CL_OUTPUT)
