VES Collector shall be updated to use enhanced Common Event Format JSON schema (after stndDefined domain is added there).

This includes:

1. Updating the basic VES Configuration to include a new version of the VES Common Schema (CFY blueprint in bootstrap container).
2. Updating the VES collector reference component_spec.json
3. Potentially updating the VES Collector routing configuration with values relevant for 3GPP namespaces.
