Test cases on PNF Software Upgrade using direct Netconf/Yang interface with PNF simulator

These are the deliverabl for this task:

1. Setup SO, CDS, SDNC, PNF-sim containers for CSIT.
2. Setup AAI simulator for csit

1. 1. It should be capable to provide data for GET request for PNF (ipv4 address)
   2. It should be able to send 200OK for PUT reqeust for PNF(target software version)
2. E2E test cases steps
   1. Check SDNC certs are properly configured.
   2. upload BP archive to BP processor and verify. 
   3. Send distribution request to SDC-Controller and verify
   4. Fetch PnfWorkflows from api-handler infra and verify
   5. Extract appropriate workflow from previous test and send ServiceInstantiation request to api-handler infra and verify.
   6. Verify precheck, activate , download and postcheck request are send from bpmn-infra to blueprint processor.
   7. Verify Blueprint processor process above requests
   8. Verify PNF simulator activated software version
   9. Verify bpmn-infra send PUT request to aai-simulator to update target-software-version.
