Following are enhancements for RAN-Sim planned for London release

• Conversion of RAN SIM from docker to Helm Chart ( We have already converted RAN CTRL and Honeycomb into Helm Charts )
• Add RAN SIM helm chart as part of OOM Deployment
• Create RAN Service using RAN SIM helm charts (use SDC/EMCO UI)
• Create CDS workflows for Day-1 config upload to the Honeycomb devices
• Carryover work from London release (path information in CM VES message)
• Implement energy saving use case, add required config parameters in RAN SIM.

For CM changes, RAN-Sim sends a CM VES message with all the information needed to update the configuration state in CPS DB. This can be a change to a pci property (in NRCellDU) or a cell-neighbor relation property (in NRCellCU).
