      Had a performance issue where 30 logs/sec required a 3 pod cluster of logstash
      in LOG-376
      sdc-onboarding-be, sdc-be (error.log), appc.karaf based on a bit of tracking, and so debug, error

      We need to review who logs debug logs out of the box
      (suggested by James M.)
