Already now we have good automation for creating nexus blob based on artifacts download in previous step in BuildGuide (Step 3)

but we don't have it part of CI pipeline (as of now we are running CI in Samsung Lab and want to upstream it fully to Community CI) but let's add it first to our lab.

Some attempts were already made but ended-up with issues related to docker in docker and collisions we have there caused by sharing docker daemon socket.
