After finishing of download script enhancements within OOM-1803, we would like to add "download" part into CI/CD pipeline.

As discussed on planning session we don't want to download all images as it would take ages to collect but instead of this just reflect on changes in datalist, means that there will be some longer running environment in lab and previously downloaded images will be kept in local docker cache. Images removed from the list should be removed from local docker cache accordingly, otherwise it will keep growing over limits.

Similarly to OOM-1848, first let's solve it in local Samsung lab, later upstream to community CI.
