This ticket is to track the work necessary to integrate CMSO into the OOF ONAP component
This task includes
- Update CMSO dev project to pass all Robot ETE test cases while in CMSO interface loopback mode. (i.e. standalone mode). Integration with SO will be tracked on a different task.
