A model driven optimizer to provide conflict free schedules will be provided that will use the following 3 APIs to retrieve the data and constraints necessary to calculate a conflict free schedule for a doing change management workflows against set of network elements.

• Topology API
• Ticket Management API
• Policy API

The CMSO manager service will gather the requisite data in preparation to executing the model driven optimizer. Some additional constraints provided by policy and/or user

• Max concurrent requests
• Expected duration of workflow execution
• Time window in which to attempt schedule creation
• Time window constraints (i.e. only schedule Monday though Friday, midnight to 6AM)

The optimizer will produce:

A schedule for each asset based upon its own availability making a best effort to aggregate as many within the smallest common window(s).
