I am installing Casablanca release on Azure using OOM ( Rancher). portal-db-config fails to start. Its infinitely stuck in initializing. 

On debugging found that Maria DB cannot be accessed from within the container

Getting following error

#mysql -u root -pAa123456
ERROR 1130 (HY000): Host '10.42.0.1' is not allowed to connect to this MariaDB server

However, able to run successfully 

kubectl n onap exec -it dev-portal-portal-db-b8db58679-q9pjq  - mysql -D mysql -h localhost -e 'select * from user'
