ONAP tracking of Service dependency on an external orchestrator

      An ONAP Service may be defined which needs to be deployed and managed by an external orchestrator.  This external orchestrator could be another instance of ONAP or an ETSI compliant NFVO. There may be many instances of external orchestrators with varying lifetimes.  Any LCM operation on the Service instance will need to use the same external orchestrator instance. In order to accomplish this ONAP needs to maintain the relationship between the Service instance and the external orchestrator that was used to deploy that Service instance.  A proposed mechanism would be to store a reference to the specific external orchestrator instance in the Service instance record.
