Custom WF not present in the CSAR package

      CSAR package distributed by SDC doesn't contain custom WF created with WFD. In the attached CSAR, the template interface contains a link to the custom WF, but the workflow isn't actually there, although it's associated to a VF resource, as shown in the screenshot.

      Please look at ONAP instance in SB01 (10.12.6.56 to access the Jump host). /etc/hosts configuration below:
