Displaying Un-needed Mandatory User Inputs for Workflow with Pause

    Description

      Casused by maual creation and upload of workflow.  SO to remove the un-needed params for this workflow.  The only way this can really be tested is when teh SDC distribution issues (SDC-2541) is resolved.

      On the "New" workflow screen, when WorkflowWithPauseTask is selected, VID requests mandatory inputs that are not needed and do not make sense for this workflow whose actions include: SetInMaintFlag PauseForManualTask UnSetInMaintFlag

      The  inputs/parameters being requested that should not be requested are:

      Target VNF

      Existing SW Version

      New SW Version
