Add a relationship template to a base service

Test:

In the composition view of a base service, add two VFCs

Create a relationship between the two VFCs

In the “Operations” part of the presented modal, select the “Add Operation” option

Provide details for the operation, inputs inputs

Verify:

A relationship template is included in the generated service template with the given details and referenced in the requirement assignment section of the relevant node template
