The story https://jira.onap.org/browse/SDC-4258 enabled the user to add properties to data types, however it should not be possible to edit normative types as this could lead to unexpected behaviour (e.g. if an upgrade is subsequently performed and the data type definition in the upgrade does not contain the added properties)
