SO application configuration should reside external to OOM

      This is deferred to a later release

      SO application configuration should reside outside of OOM.  When the container comes up it should fetch these external configuration thru git pull with init container step container initialization. This follows the same pattern as used by SO-MariaDB container initialzation step.

      We have  a docker-config repository and I wish to store the application configuration related info with this repository under oom folder.

      Please confirm if this approach is acceptable.
