      Merge the ATT 1806 code to the main branch after testing and validation.
      Ensure that we do not break the existing functionality like , but not limited to
      1. Robot scripts and health check
      2. HPA
      3. Usecases (VoLTE, vCPE related flows)
      4. OOM deployments
      5. Heat deployments and so on...
