SO-Monitoring login is not enforced fully

      1. go to so-monitoring login page
      2. enter anything at all in the username and password areas, you will get the following error message
      3. At this point, if you click on ‘Home’, it brings you into SO Monitoring.
        Without a proper user credentials, the Home screen is still accessible by clicking the ‘Home’ button (to me, the authentication mechanism does not block the access)
