So Monitoring not working due to basic authentication failing

This is a blocker for El Alto release, it is possible that review https://gerrit.onap.org/r/c/so/+/90794 might have caused this issue

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install latest master so-monitoring on fully deployed system.
2. login to http://so-monitoring:30224
3. enter username/password "gui/password1${color}"
4.  Hit login it will redirect to home page
5. Hit Search to and it will throw "Unable to perform search error"
6. Open developer mode to see error and status code return is 403 Forbidden
