Create E2E workflow for software upgrade (PNF)

create and test software upgrade workflow for PNF, including both PNF Upgrade workflow and preparation workflow

Also work on request handler endpoint to receive request from VID, parse and extract bpmn absolute name from db and prepare reqeust-param to send it to bpmn. 

Provide camunda bpmn, Junits, integration test.
