No Record of WF on Status Screen

    Description

      An initiated workflow does not show up on the status screen..  SO-API handler logs are presently not available.  Can VID please check what they see on their side.  Note: This was working fine prior to 10/08.

      This is blocking progress - need your help.

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. SO-2482 Need to Pass WF Name vs. WF Type to VID

          • Medium - Failure of non-critical aspects of the system but results in an inconvenient situation. It causes some undesirable behavior, but the system is still functional. There is a reasonably satisfactory workaround. It is still a valid defect that should be corrected May be fixed after the release or in the next release.
