Validate the PM_Dictionary file under following conditions:

• PM_Dictionary delivered in a PNF onboarding package
• The PM_Dictionary file exists
• The PM_Dictionary contains a schema in the 1st YAML document

Requirements:

• PM_Dictionary is validated against the PM_Dictionary schema in VNF-SDK
• In case validation turns unsuccessful, provide information for each YAML document, which comes with an issue.
• Make sure the validation of a PM_Dictionary runs only in case, that artifact is provided in the onboarding package.
