      Common Event Format JSON schema needs to be updated to accomodate stndDefined domain.
      This includes (list might not be complete - addt`l items will be discussed):

      1. Adding a new "stndDefined" enum to VES Common Event Header "domain" property
      2. Adding a new VES Common Header property "stndDefinedNamespace"
      3. Adding stndDefinedFields structure to VES Common Event
