SDC is creating a framework for onboarding new designers.

the framework will allow the addition of new designers regardless of the UI language chosen.

add support for opening the iframe as part of the VF or service context. 

based on the configuration defined for the designer in thr FE server the SDC UI will open the IFRAME in the tab or in the context of a VF SERVICE or both.

the order of the designers will be assigned according to their location in the configuration.

Add designers service to handle actions considering the designers configuration

DOD:

1. the designer can be displayed in the tab or in the context of the service/resource defined by the configuration
2. the configuration defined allows control over where the designer will be displayed.
3. define a way to pass parameters to the Iframe when it is loading.
4. in tab context, the iframe should receive the logged user
5. in the service/resource context, it should recive the type of view the id and the life cycle state if the service/resource
6. in the configuration define a URL for retrieving the designer UI and a URL for discovery.
