As a designer I want to be able to display different designers view from a resource scope.

Need to dynamically add designers to side-nav of resource according to resource types from the designers configuration.

Create The designer-tab component

Each designer will use the designer-frame component.

DOD:

1. The user will be able to see the side-nav tabs of the connected designers
2. The user will be able to click on the wanted tab and the required designer will be displayed in the resource scope
